Services Offered
Border Collie Patrol
Catch-It has May, a border collie "goose dog" trained to remove geese from your property. This is one of the most environmentally safe, humane, and effective ways to control geese on your property. An expert dog handler will work with Wade to drive the geese away! This method is approved by the USDA Wildlife Services and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. As well as the Humane Society and PETA organizations recommend this method for goose removal.
Chemical Treatment
Catch-It uses Flightcontrol© as the only chemical treatment. It is sprayed on the lawn where the geese are feeding and the product is safe for all humans and wildlife. It works in several ways - First, it causes mild stomach discomfort in the geese and other waterfowl. Second, it uses unique properties to absorb the ultraviolet light that only the geese can see. This causes the geese to associate the treated area with a mild stomach ache and leave the area to feed elsewhere.

Excellent and thorough service. Used them 5 times so far for squirrels, bat and bird issues, and every time service was excellent.

We had birds nesting above the main entrance to our business and Catch It solved our problem and the birds haven't returned. They did a great job.

Egg Oiling
Egg Oiling is a means of birth control for geese to reduce or eliminate the goose population for that year. The eggs are oiled to prevent necessary gases and heat to transfer through the shell and prevents the embryo from developing. Some Kansas City nests are very hard to find and when found are aggressively protected by both male and female geese. At times, this method of goose control can be very dangerous. Additionally, Federal and State permits are required for this activity, which we will help obtain for you.
Roundups
That's right, just like in the ol' west. Geese are herded into a corral to be shipped off to another area. This activity actually takes a lot of planning and teamwork. Roundups are done in mid-June when the geese are molting and the goslings have not yet developed their primary flight feathers. This is a good method to eliminate or reduce a goose population quickly. Federal and State permits are also required for this service and we will help in obtaining these permits.
