Explained the process and steps and was able to come that day. Within 3 hours Garret, came out found the issue. Got rid of the debris and replaced the entrance to my attic from unwanted guest. I have a piece of mind and grateful. Knowledgeable and great service. Please use for whatever you need. I will used again if need be.

Reasonably priced service to live trap and remove what was mostly likely a raccoon nesting above the ceiling of 2 apartments of a 3 story 6 plex. The Varmint was removed, the odor treated and the point of entry , , s broken soffit was repaired . We are thrilled. The tenants are happy . We would definitely use them again, if needed. They priced the work ahead of time do we knew the cost. Reasonable for sure. Called many exterminators in our area and Kansas City and Catch it s the only one that provided this kind of service.

We used this service to remove a possum that was under our porch. Wayne was very helpful, came out the next day and put traps out, and on the first try he caught two! Reset the traps and caught a racoon, reset the traps and caught another possum and a racoon. We had no idea this was going on under our porch! I received timely and great service. I have used this company twice my technician was Stephen on the last visit. Squirrels are an ongoing problem, and I have a black walnut tree. My tech checked the traps daily( based on his travel route). He closed entry points Very neatly! Squirrels are territorial and very intelligent, they will keep finding a way into an attic. I will call this company again. This service is so necessary for a safe and pleasant home.

The folks at Catch-it are great! Used them 3 or 4 times. Recommended to me by my mother who has used them for 15 years for moles, yellow jacket bees, moles, bats and a snake. Never know what critter we have to deal with. They are my go to company when the moles attack my yard! Thank goodness the raccoon I had in my house left peacefully with no damage. He came down the chimney on the 2nd night my chimney cap had blown off. I highly recommend Catch-it!

Getting rid of squirrels can seem expensive, but the amount of damage squirrels can do to your home can be extensive . . . . it is easily worth it.

They came just a few days after I called requesting help keeping mice out of our house. The technician was very friendly and helpful and spent a long time looking for entry points and setting traps in the basement. After a week, we still got the occasional mouse, so I called back and the same technician came back the very next day and discovered a few more holes way up high by the chimney. Since then we have been mouse free! I highly recommend Catch-It for their prompt friendly service and extra effort to make sure I was satisfied.

We had just moved and realized a few days in that we had some bats as guests IN our home. I googled around and came across Catch-It Wildlife who releases the animals after catching them, and we gave them a go! No regrets here! Stephen came right over on a weekend, got the bats out and installed something where they WERE getting in that let the bats that were in our attic out...but wouldn't let them back in. No bats were harmed, and Stephen came back out months later, removed the trap, and repaired the hole. Seriously thankful for these guys!! Stephen did an awesome job and I definitely recommend them!
