Preferred Skills

• Handyman - repairs structures
• No fear of heights - You must go where the pest go.
• Trapping experience - Okay, so in this day and age it's rare.
• Pest control experience - A plus, but again, not likely this was a required credit.
• Good Communication skills - This is important. Our customers rely on us for prompt, knowledgeable service. They are stressed over their current problem. You must be professional, patient and understanding
• Good physical condition - Anticipate daily ladder time.
• Self-motivation - Once trained, you answer calls and manage your own day.
• Good driving record - And you plan to keep this spotless.
• Knowledge of KC area - You need to find the customer, fast.

Training

We will train the right individual to inspect structures for squirrel, raccoon, bird, bat, mice, etc., for infestation. You will learn correct trapping procedures to remove all birds and animals from residential and commercial properties, and to repair any and all damage they have caused.

Workstyle

If you want to work outdoors, can handle a fair amount of independence, this may be the career for you. You will work weekends as needed. Our unique services are required year round, but peak in the spring and fall with the change of seasons when pest become more active. This is the answer if you are not ready for a gray cubicle

Benefits

The pay is better than you would expect. You can average $25,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually and much more as you help us grow the business.
